I got the chance to play the Colle-Zukertort opening system, leading to a nice king-side attacking game. Playing against an opponent that is rated 200 points above me, I learnt that delivering a working mating attack is much harder against good players who defend carefully - but not carefully enough. After missing two chances for mates in 4, I finally won the game with a piece sacrifice - a novelty for me.

Checkmate:
Good move but not good enough because after 20.Rh3 Nxh3 White is in check and has to play 21. gxh3 to get out of check before continuing the mating attack with 21. ... Rf6 22.Qh7 Kf8 23.Qh8#.
