A recent game against Trooperscoop, where even loosing one of his pieces to a fork did not deter my opponent from starting a crushing kingside attack, inspired me to try the same. This game is somewhat special for several different reasons: Firstly, it is one of the veryfew games I won recently. Secondly, I came up with a strategy that turned out to work! And finally, it is probably the first chess game I played where I did not offer at least one of my pieces to my opponent. According to Crafty, I made nearly no mistakes (plus minus a few tenth of a pawn) with the exception of overlooking the opportunity to win a pawn in the opening. By the way, it was also th efirst time that I played the 3. ... Qd6 variant of the Scandinavian.
